Julskinka/Swedish Ham- 8-10 lbs

Our traditional Swedish ham (Julskinka) will be the tastiest center piece on your Julbord.
Made the old fashion way of using the rear ham, deboning and then salt-cured. The skin and rind is left on and adds great flavor when cooking. Traditionally this ham is topped with a mustard bread crumb crust and eaten cold, but it is just as good served hot.
*This is a raw, not smoked, salt cured boneless pork ham and needs to be fully cooked.
